The gîte is part of a former farmhouse divided into two adjoining, fully independent homes with no overlooking neighbors. With a private entrance and individual terrace, the farmhouse sits at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac. Maximum capacity: 10 guests. A spacious entryway with storage (shelves and wardrobe) and a washbasin welcomes you. The living room, kitchen, and a WC are on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and another WC. Outside, enjoy a covered terrace and green spaces. Pets are welcome with prior approval.
